Rocky Lang
Hi, my name is Rocky Lang, and I love tennis. I have played with greats, including Grand Slam champions Martina Navratilova, Bobby Riggs, Frank Parker, and Davis Cup champion and coach Anand Amritraj. After a career as a writer and producer, I challenged myself to get my United States Professional Tennis Association professional rating, and now I love to teach. I was the head coach for the Women's Varsity at Notre Dame High School and love working with students and adults. My method is designed to teach recreational, high school, and club tennis players to win by perfecting strokes and understanding strategy both in singles and doubles. In addition, I'm big on fitness and love to work with players to get them into top physical shape by using music, fast action drills, and interval training to ensure they are in great shape. I love being on the court and hope to see you soon.
